Father Ignatius Mazanowski
-
Father Ignatius Mazanowski graduated with a Master of Arts in Theology from St. Meinrad School of Theology in 2004. He attended seminary at The Catholic University of America and was ordained in 2011. He completed his doctorate in Moral Theology from Santa Croce, Rome, Italy, in 2016.
Father Ignatius has extensive training and experience in healing ministry. He is on the board for Restore Dignity, which sponsors 6-day Grief to Grace retreats in the Diocese of Phoenix. He is also partnering with Witness to Love counseling center in Phoenix, Arizona, to pioneer the Spiritual Healing Program. Additionally, Father Ignatius completed a three-year (2018-2020) spiritual direction program through the Institute of Priestly Formation.
Father Ignatius serves as the Pastor of St. John Vianney Parish and Rector of the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona, Arizona. He is also the Director of Medical Ethics and the Chaplain to the Catholic Medical Association in the Diocese of Phoenix.

Heavenly Father, help me to love more.

SPIRITUAL PROTECTION PRAYER
Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit,I humbly and confidently pray for spiritual protectionfor myself, my family, and my parish.
Father, please send Your Angels to defend and protect me.
Jesus, please cover me with Your precious blood.
Holy Spirit, please give me wisdom and discernmentto see and understand the plan of the Enemy and of the evil spirits.
Blessed Virgin Mary, please cover me and my family with your loving and protective mantel.
I pray this through the intercession of St. Michael the Archangel, St. John Vianney,

PRAYER IN TIMES OF SUFFERING
Jesus please help me to be open to You when I am suffering. Please give me the faith to trust You. Please give me the strength and courage to persevere through my sufferings.
Thank you for suffering for me. Even when I can’t see you, even when I can’t feel Your presence, even when I don’t know when my suffering will end, I choose to trust You. I choose to allow You to love in the midst of my suffering. Amen.
