Dear Members of the Sedona community,

We are proud that St. John Vianney Catholic Church has a long history in the city of Sedona. We can make our own the words of Jacob: “How awesome this place is! This is nothing else but the house of God, the gateway to heaven!” (Genesis 28:17) 

We want to reach out to any members of our community who once belonged to our parish and also invite others who have never been a part of our church to join with us. Our leadership understands the complications of parish history, difficulties with clergy, failures of pastoral life, and all kinds of tensions that come with journeying together as a Christian community. If anything remains that needs pardon and healing, we resolve to do that.

It is our sincere desire to address your needs in a more intentional way. St. John Vianney is a spiritual home for all who want to follow Christ within his Church. The attached survey is only one of our attempts to help accomplish that. Please tell us honestly of your experiences, your needs, and your desires for our church. We want to hear from you and together walk to meet the Lord Jesus.
